21 DAY CHALLENGE
Welcome to my new 21 Day Program designed to boost or kickstart your fitness routine! You can complete these workouts as they are, after your gym session for a finishing burnout, after/ before a walk or whatever works for you! I'd recommend starting each day with a quick full body warmup to avoid injuries or muscle tears, and a good warmup will help you achieve the most from your workout. An example is;
30 seconds each: high knees, star jumps, squats, lunges and push ups (repeat until warm)
