BEGINNER PROGRAM
For people who may have never worked out before, or are just looking for a 'lighter' start back into their fitness journey, these workouts will be great for you, challenging but hopefully fun too! Under each day there are 2-4 workouts to complete, by clicking on each thumbnail, it will take you to a follow along youtube video.Â

YOGA/ STRETCHING
Take 10 minutes or so to put on a yoga/ meditation playlist and listen to what your body feels like doing. If you've never done yoga before, you could find some poses to try or just take the time to stretch and be present. Try to avoid going on your phone and just enjoy the music!
